I would like to thank you for all your help in getting me a successful Loan Modification from IndyMack. Due to my financial hardship, I would have been unable to afford my mortgage payments and would have lost my home. Since you were able to send me to the right people, and get my payments reduced from $1674 to $859, I can now afford to stay in my home. I really appreciate the quick responses and all the communication on updates, and documents needed to complete my Loan Modification. I felt I was always up to date and I knew my status with the bank while file was in the process.

I would highly recommend you to any one who needs help to save their home in these difficult economic times.
