Thank you for successfully helping me get my loan modified from Citi-Mortgage, and getting my payments reduced from $1978 a month to $1106, saving me over $970 a month in payments.

Due to my financial situation, I would have been unable to afford my mortgage payments and would have more than likely lost my home.

I really appreciate all the communication on updates, and my status with the bank while file was in the process. I felt I was always up to date, and your quick responses on any documents needed

I would recommend you to any one who needs help in modifying their mortgage payment to one they can afford.
